Corey V as Bound II
"My name is Corey. I was the male version of the "Bound" cenobite. Ryan, my
brother was Pinhead and Sara, my wife as the female cenobite.
We wanted something that really made people shutter when we walked by.
Costumes were a mix between PVC and leather.
The prosthetics were custom including the female apparatus. That took
the most time. There's nothing like real fish hooks and cablesto peel
open flesh latex!!!
My costume consisted of a PVC apron, barbed wire wrapped around the
head and blindfolded and gagged. Make-up was applied to give a stretched
and bruised look.
Pinhead consisted of real nails pushed through a cannabilzed latex bald
cap. Pinhead costume was completed with Black out contact lenses and the
infamous box.
The response was awesome!! People were either very interested or
entirely disgusted. Comments were "That's the scariest costume I've ever
seen" or "Don't talk to them!"
Our concept began in July and we finished our costumes Halloween night
at 5p.m.
Needless to say we scared and intrigued the masses this year.
Brother Frank and Kirstie would have been proud!"
