EXT-STREET-NIGHT

It's dark, the street is wet from the rain the night before. A dark figure emerges from the end of the street from a far distant. The figure begins walking towards the camera as a voice is heard over the scene.

VOICE: Time, its a thing many do not understand and many others do not want to understand...I understand, for you see there are not many who know who we are or that we even exist. For centuries, there have been many that people considered the immortals. Fighting throughout time for only one thing...The prize. I am one of those people. Although we don't know what this prize is, some go through many relentless troubles to get to this so called prize. We are the immortals, we were with you when Jesus walked, and we are with you now. How, we simply are...

The figure is close enough to the camera to recognize when the voice says "How, we just simply are..."

FADE TO BLACK

EXT-SIDEWALK NEXT TO STREET-DAY

The scene fades in from black to show the character from the last scene walking down the street, this time in regular civilian clothes. The subtitles "20 years ago" appear on the screen. He takes about 5 steps when his cell phone rings. He stops and pulls the phone from his jean pocket and answers it.

VOICE: Hello...What, I thought I told you not to let her go to my home...How long ago did she leave...no, no I'll be there in 5 minutes.

Excitedly, he hangs up the phone and puts it back into his pocket as he start running. He shows up to his home just in time to see it blow up, the explosion is so powerful it knocks him onto the nearby sidewalk.

VOICE: NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The camera gets a glimpse of someone turning and walking off as the scene fades to black

INT-PETER'S APARTMENT-DAY

The scene fades in from black to show a small apartment, The same character from the last two scenes is shown working on his computer. The subtitles "Present Day" appear on the screen. Just then he gets a call on his cell phone. He picks it up from on top of his monitor and answers it.

VOICE: Hello

VOICE 2: Peter...Peter McCloud of the Clan McClouds

PETER: Yes

VOICE 2: This is Jameson

PETER: THE Jameson, I heard you were killed years ago, I guess they were wrong...What do you need man.

JAMESON: Does the name Ronald Dawson mean anything to you

Now keep in mind that everytime one speaks, it switches to where they are at that moment and Jameson is in another small apartment simular to Peter's. As Jameson says the name "Ronald Dawson", it triggers a flashback of the two fighting in a wooded area for a few seconds and thn back to Peter.

PETER: Yeah, the name sounds familiar, what about him?

JAMESON: Well there was a report on the news of a robbery where the clerk was found missing his head and a note there that said I know your there, meet me in the chapel parking lot at 9 wednesday night and the bottom was signed RD.

PETER: Sounds like he's looking for someone.

JAMESON: Yeah, no kidding and I think that someone is you. Didn't you have business with him years ago before he disappeared.

PETER: Yeah, he killed Julia.

JAMESON: Oh yeah, sorry

PETER: Don't be, it wasn't you, but I do think that note was for me. We have unfinished business.

JAMESON: Well don't get too caught up, I gotta run. Just thought you needed to know.

PETER: Thanks, see ya around

Peter hangs up the phone and then starts having flashbacks of scene 1 and of him and Dawson battling in a wooded area.

FADE OUT

EXT-WOODS-DAY

The scene fades into Peter and Dawson(recognized as the mystery man from Scene 1) battling and laughing. It seems as though they are practicing together. They are dressed in mid-evil time clothing as they fight. The words "1794 - England" appear at the bottom of the screen.

PETER- I know about the quicking but you know if we are both in the game together then we'll both eventually have to fight each other.

DAWSON- Maybe, but why do it now. We've got all of eternity ahead of us before we come onto that. Let's just enjoy ourselves now while we still have the chance.

PETER- Well your my mentor.

DAWSON- If you keep this kind of swordplay up, you'll soon be mentoring me.

They both laugh as the scene fades out to Peter in the last scene as he starts back to typing on his computer and the scene fades to black

FADE TO BLACK

INT-JAMESON'S ROOM-NIGHT

The scene fades back in on a wooden door as we hear knocks from the other side and then a voice from the other side

PETER- Jameson, are you there...

Peter opens the door and walks into the room to see Jameson laying on the floor, headless in a puddle of blood as Dawson walks in from the dark behind him. Peter turns around quickly and surprised when Dawson speaks.

DAWSON- Peter...What are you surprised to see me

PETER- No, Just surprised you didn't show up sooner. What are you doing here?

DAWSON- We have unfinished business

PETER- After all we've been through, why her. Why did you have to betray me?

DAWSON- I knew how much she meant to you and I also knew that you were the only thing standing in my way from getting the prize.

PETER- So you did it for greed.

DAWSON- You were the one who said we would eventually have to battle one another and what better time then now. I knew you would never try to kill me without good reason, I just gave you one.

PETER- You won't win

DAWSON- Oh on the contrary, I think I will (Pulling out the pandorus box)...With this I think I can

PETER- Where'd you get that

DAWSON- A little birdy dropped it in on me and I knew it would get me just the kind of reaction I wanted from you...You see, I made a deal with the devil and I can never be beaten now, not even by you.

Peter goes for his sword and swings it at Dawson only to see him disappear leaving him alone in the room.

FADE TO BLACK

INT-DAWSON'S APARTMENT-DAY

The scene fade in to reveal a decent size apartment with Dawson laying on his bed as he hears a knock on his door.

DAWSON- Come In

A man enters the room wearing a suit, he has a hunch in his back and speaks like Smigal from Lord of the Rings

MAN- Yes I'm here to ask you what you want in life.

DAWSON- Well a million dollars would be nice, whats with the book.

MAN- This is the holy bible my man, a great book

DAWSON- Yeah Yeah, hey I need to go to the restroom right quick uh could you watch the place and just don't touch anything

MAN- OK

The man goes for the box on the table and slip it into his coat pocket and pulls out another that looks just like it as Dawson catches him with the box

DAWSON- Hey, what are you doing

MAN- Oh this is a beautiful box, where did you get it

DAWSON- Don't worry about it, hey didn't I tell you not to touch anything

MAN- I'm sorry, I'll go now

DAWSON- Yeah, you better

Dawson goes over to look at the box and then puts it back down on the table.

EXT-CHAPEL PARKING LOT-NIGHT

The scene fades in on a parking lot of a church as we see Peter showing up in the parking lot with Dawson waiting for him

PETER- You wrote a note to have me meet you in a church parking lot, my god man don't you care about the rules of the game

DAWSON- Come on Peter, you know there can never be any rules set to death. Death has always been a no holds barred sport but I didn't call you here to kill you, oh no I'm not ready to kill you yet for you see I want to see you suffer before I ever decide to kill you. That's why I killed your girlfriend years ago.

PETER- Why her Ron, why Julia. She didn't have to be invovled.

DAWSON- No but that's the only person YOU ever cared about in the last thousand or so years that we've known each other. But you have far worse things to worry about than that. I have demons who are waiting for another soul and I've marked you as being next.

PETER- Demons?

DAWSON- Yes, as I said earlier I have sort of made a deal with the devil as you call it.

CUT TO

INT-DAWSON'S APARTMENT-NIGHT

Dawson is seen in his room tring to open the box as his voice is over the scene

DAWSON- You see I found a mysterious puzzle box from an old pawn shop that I was told would help me or hurt me in ny situation so I decided to try it out.

Dawson is seen opening the box as the room goes black and Pinhead appears to be walking from the shadows towards him

DAWSON- Hey who are you

PINHEAD- Every thing that demons are made out of Ron

DAWSON- Are you some kind of genie

PINHEAD- I have been called an angel by some and a demon by others, You have opened a doorway Ron, a doorway to hell which can never be undone. Are you willing to pay the price.

CUT TO

EXT-CHAPEL PARKING LOT-NIGHT

The scene cuts back to Dawson explaining the story to Peter

DAWSON- I told him that I would bring him every immortal soul I take in exchange for ultimate power which he gladly excepted so as I said earlier, I am undefeatable

PETER- But Dawson, you know that you cannot keep this up forever

DAWSON- True True but I'm doing a good job of it for the moment, gotta go, catch ya on the flipside

PETER- Wait...

Dawson disappears leaving Peter alone again

FADE TO BLACK

INT-PETER'S APARTMENT-NIGHT

The scene opens up with Peter typing on his computer as he gets a call

PETER- Hello

A strange voice sounding like Smigal from Lord of the rings is heard on the phone

VOICE: I can help you

PETER: Excuse me

VOICE- The Box...I can help you

PETER- How

VOICE- Come to 4558 Sickamore Dr in Rocksfield to find out

PETER- Find out what

The phone hangs up just then and Peter runs out of the room as the scene fades out.

FADE OUT

INT-ANOTHER APARTMENT ROOM-DAY

The scene fades in on a hallway as we see Peter walking down the hallway, he stops at a door and knocks and then we see him walk in. The scene cuts to him entering a room where he walks up on someone wearing a black robe.

PETER- Hello

VOICE- I've been expecting you Mr. McCloud. I know what you seek.

PETER- Look, how did you get my phone number.

VOICE- That part was easy but I need not explain it to you, as I said, I know what it is that you seek but it is going to come at a price.

PETER- Name it.

VOICE- If you are smart, you already know what the price is.(He turns around for us to see his face) Don't you Peter

Peter pulls a bag of gold coins out of his pants pocket

VOICE- Oh the price is far far greater than any money you could ever give(pulling the box from behind his back) But are you willing to pay that price.

PETER- I always have been

VOICE- (handing Peter the box) Then take it...All debts are payed.

PETER- How did you get this

VOICE- ha ha ha ha ha

Peter turns and leaves as the scene fades to black

FADE TO BLACK

INT-DAWSON'S APARTMENT-NIGHT

The scene fades in on a camera 1st-person view of the apartment as we enter to see Dawson in the apartment surrounded by candles, we see him holding the box as he attempts to open it, We then see the lights come on as he gets up looking fustrated.

DAWSON- THAT FUCKING BIBLE SALESMAN He switched my box with a fake wooden one...I'LL GET YOU YOU SON OF A BITCH

CUT TO

INT-PETER'S APARTMENT-NIGHT

Peter is seen on the bed of his apartment as he begins trying to unlock the puzzle box, He then sees the usual thing the box does when he has unlocked it

PETER- Nice, doesn't look like much though

Just then the lights go out and a light is shined on the nearby doorway as pinhead is seen coming out of the shadows

PETER- Hey, who are you and why did you turn off my lights

PINHEAD- Peter, Peter, Peter...Do you not have any idea what it is that you have done

PETER- What are you talking about

PINHEAD- The box, you opened it, I came

PETER-(Looking at the box) This thing

PINHEAD- Yes, That Thing as you call it is a gateway to hell

PETER-(Whispering to self) This must have been what Dawson was talking about when he said he made a deal with the devil

PINHEAD- Your soul is mine

PETER- Not on your life

PINHEAD- Life, oh my boy that is something you will soon be rid of

PETER- Wait a second, your the guy Dawson was talking about

PINHEAD- Oh you know him, he cannot save you now

PETER- But wait a second, if I opened the box and now you've come for me then you must have came for him too

PINHEAD- Yes but he made us an interesting offer, one that you have not made yet.

PETER- What if I could give him to you in my place the same way he said he was gonna give me to you

PINHEAD- Interesting, what is your proposal

PETER- A Battle, the final battle between me and him with you as our judge. Winner is released from your hell contract, the other suffers

PINHEAD- Interesting...I accept but know this, never try to the world of our evil or your contract becomes null and void.

PETER- I accept

PINHEAD- Then let the final battle begin

FADE TO BLACK

INT-ANOTHER APARTMENT-DAY

The scene fades from black to see Peter coming down the hallway of the last scene here, He opens the door to the old apartment from before and enters, He sees the figure standing where he was before turned around to face away from Peter as Peter speaks.

PETER- Why didn't you tell me about the box's power

The figure turns around to reveal Dawson taking his place

DAWSON- Because I was never going to let you defeat me

PETER- Where's that one guy that was here

DAWSON- Oh he's taking a nap with the fishes

Peter goes for his sword but is stopped by Dawson

DAWSON- Don't even think about it or I'll take a little visit to see you foster parents in Chicago...Now listen to me very carefully, your going to meet me tomarrow night on Pine street at 9 pm, That is where we will finish this, if your late then I will make that little trip and if your early well I don't have to say what the other thing I'll do is, you have to be here at exactly 9, not 1 minute more or less.

PETER- Wait

Dawson vanishes

FADE TO BLACK

EXT-STREET-NIGHT

The scene fade from black as the camera shows a far away view of Dawson facing Peter with Pinhead in the middle as Pinhead's voice is heard over the scene.

PINHEAD- Now the rules are simple, winner takes the other's head and loser loses his soul to me but be warned, if you try to rid the world of my evil, I will tear your soul apart, do you understand

The camera cuts to a close up of each one's face as they nod, the camera cuts to a view of the closest view that has all 3 in the same shot

PINHEAD- Then go

They immediately start to battle, they battle for about 5 minutes straight doing all kinds of insane stunts with their swords until Dawson knocks Peter's sword out of his hand.

DAWSON- It seems as though fate would be leaning in my favor

Dawson swings at Peter's head, but Peter ducks, kicks the sword out of Dawson's hand and sends it flying into the air, Peter runs and dives to grab it as he does, jumps up and swings to knock Dawson's head off. Peter then falls the floor screaming in agony for a 15 seconds as we see Pinhead

PINHEAD- All debts are payed

Pinhead then disappears laughing. Peter is seen getting up feeling worn out as he sees no one in sight. He runs and grabs the box.

CUT TO

EXT-FRONT OF APARTMENT BUILDING-NIGHT

Peter runs to the front of the building with a hand shovel in his hand. He kneels down to a piece of dirt and start digging a hole. He soon finishes the little hole and places the box in it. He then covers the hole up, patting it down with the hand shovel, He gets up and turns around to bump into pinhead as the scenes cuts to black
