model model "Materials:

My goal was to make a still good looking hellraiser box only with materials i have at home.
So here is what you need:
- a pc
- a color printer
- the hellraiser box "texture" from this site here
- something with a straight edge
- scissors
- photoshop or a smiliar graphic program
- a large enuogh piece of paperboard (use the packing of an old electronic device or something)
- 1 A4 sheet of paper
- glue
- some glue strips
- a black text marker
- something to fill the box if you want - to make the box more heavy (i used some glass marbles but screws or anything other small and heavy enough stuff should do the trick)

How to create it:

- Use photoshop to color the box texture from this site in a golden tone.
- Print it on the A4 paper sheet with the fit to paper option.
- Cut each of the 6 sides out with the scissors. (And remember where each side belongs on final box...)
- Now cut 6 identical pieces of paperboard out. (Mine were 6.7cm on each side...use the object with the straight edge for this)
- Stick the raw box from the paperboard pieces together with the glue strips or anything similar. (Tape...etc)
- Make sure to fill the box with whatever you've chosen BEFORE you put the final (6th) paperboard piece on... ;)
- Ok now make sure everything fits nicely and is stable before you take the black text marker and paint all the edges of the raw box black. (This way it won't be apparent if your "texture" does not fit on the box 100% because all the small clefts will be black insted of the color your paperboard was before... ;))
- The Final Step! Glue all 6 "texture" pieces at their places on the raw box (and pray it fits somehow :P)!

Result:

As you can see on the pictures it looks surprisingly good for the cheap materials i used (stuff everybody should have at home)... You could use "shiny" photo paper instead of the normal one i used to make the box look more glossy but thats your choice!
Have fun!" ;)
