May 3rd, 2013At long last, comes issue thirty-three of the Hellbound Chronicles, "Only Human Part I"! This issue continues the ongoing arc of Lisa Everett, formerly the Cenobite known as Hush as she tries to remember what it means to be human. Written by Mark Adams, editor for the Hellbound Chronicles, the art is prodvided by Berty-J-A who has illustrated the previous Hush storylines. "Only Human" takes Lisa inot dark territory as she struggles with her Cenobite personae and tries to find her way in the world. Things become even more difficult as the Cenobites turn to an old ally to try and reclaim Lisa.

December 6th, 2012Issue thirty-two of the Hellbound Chronicles, "The Dead and the Damned Part II" continues the story of Detective Jackson Reno as he tracks down the serial killer known as The Leech. Written by Matt Warner, editor for the Hellbound Chronicles, the art is again provided by the talented Gary Smart. "The Dead and the Damned" offers a combination of horrific, surreal imagery, false perspectives and uncertain realities. Even as Reno closes in on the serial killer, the Cenobites are closing in on him, and he may be forced to face some uncomfortable truths.

September 26th, 2012Issue thirty-one of the Hellbound Chronicles, "The Dead and the Damned Part I"returns to the corrupt streets of The Zero where a serial killer stalks the residents and hellish nightmares lurk in the shadows. Written by Matt Warner, editor for the Hellbound Chronicles, the art is provided by the hugely talented Gary Smart. "The Dead and the Damned" mixes a serial killer thriller, horrific imagery and the nightmarish world of the Cenobites. Detective Jackson Reno is determined to catch the killer and uncover the truth about the horrific creatures he sees all around him.

August 30th, 2012The secret of Chaderton's work is revealed! Issue thirty of the Hellbound Chronicles, "The Infernal Machine Part II" reveals just what he's been working on as this two-part nightmare draws to its conclusion. Written by Mark Adams, editor for the Hellbound Chronicles, the art is again created by Atlantisvampir. Ash Bertocci also deserves special mention for designing the character "Marionette" who appears this issue. "The Infernal Machine" provides a mix of historical horror and classic Hellraiser imagery. As Chaderton completes his work, his servant Dominic Boote is determined to discover just what his master is up to.

July 23rd, 2012How did Hell operate before Lemarchand? Issue twenty-nine of the Hellbound Chronicles, "The Infernal Machine Part I" offers a glimpse of the world before the Lament Configuration. Written by Mark Adams, editor for the Hellbound Chronicles, this tale sees the return of the talented Atlantisvampir providing the full artwork and cover for the issue. "The Infernal Machine" explores themes familiar to those who have read the wider mythology of the EPIC comics, whislt offering some new settings and ideas for those who aren't. June 23rd, 2012What if Frank Cotton had known Dr Phillip Channard? That's the scenario offered up in issue twenty-eight of the Hellbound Chronicles, "Pleasure and Pain". Written by Gary Smart with Craig Hutchings, and with Gary also providing artwork, the team behind "A Mother's Love" return with a new scenario that explores the past of key Hellraiser characters. With the blessing of Hellbound writer, Peter Atkins, this is a twisted look at a past and future for iconic characters. Be warned, this comic has some explicit adult imagery! May 22nd, 2012The Hellbound Chronicles is back with the first in a run of new issues. Issue twenty-seven is out now, featuring the story of the titular "Wallpaper Girl". Written by co-ediotr Matt Warner, who previously wrote the issue "Scar Tissue", "Wallpaper Girl" is the debut of Isabel Bader in the series. February 14th, 2012Valentines day is here and we're back with a new issue! Issue twenty-six of the Hellbound Chronicles is here, and this installment is "Bindings II", the second anthology collection. As before, this issue sees the debut of some original art from the Hellbound Chronicles pool of artists, alongside some short narratives to give more background on our Cenobite creations and storylines. The issue also sees a small introduction to the Cenobite mythology we use, some of our favourite art from the comics and some behind the scenes material. October 31st, 2011Happy Halloween everyone! Issue twenty-five of the Hellbound Chronicles is here at last, in time to celebrate all things horror. "The Suffering Within" sees the return of Berty-J-A in the positions of both writer and artist, in a further continuation of the "Hush/Lisa" storyline. This issue returns to Lisa in a time a few months after "The Damned Rogue" and explores the subconsious conflict that will inform her journey as she attempts to flee her past life as a Cenobite. August 26th, 2011Welcome to issue twenty-four of the Hellbound Chronicles! "Art of Darkness" sees the return of the ever-talented Anna, to provide the full artwork for the issue. The script is written by Gordon Napier and Mark Adams. This issue returns us to a previous storyline, with some familiar faces from some of our earlist issues, whilst also being a self-contained narrative in itself. March 27th, 2011Welcome to issue twenty-one of the Hellbound Chronicles! It's a special time for Hellraiser comics with Boom! Studios releasing a new series of official comics co-written by Clive Barker himself! The Hellbound Chronicles will continue to run our free fan webcomics, but please check out these brand new comics, including a special FREE prelude issue that can be found right here at www.cenobite.com ! "A Mother's Love" is the script and art debut for Gary Smart, whose assisted in the scripting by Craig Hutchings. This issue is a double celebration, following twenty issues, with a story featuring some familiar faces, but also it's exactly a week until mother's day in the UK. "Out in the Cold" is the script debut for original editor Phil Robinson, and the art debut for Atlantisvampir. Atlantisvampir also provides the evocative cover, whilst the pin-up is by Luis Barroso. "Scar Tissue" is the debut comic for new Hellbound Chronicles editor Matt Romanov, a talented writer with many more tales of sex, desire and bodily mutilation to come! Art work for this issue is provided by the talented Anna, and it will be her fourth comic for the series. The pin-up is by a new contributor, Harold Purnell. "Inspiration for a Guillotine" sees the long overdue return of Brian Dell and more of Gordon Napier's fantastic art work. What does a series that deals in horror on a regular basis do to stand out on Halloween? Well, we have a somewhat different tale this issue which we hope you'll enjoy. The script is by editor Brian Dell, who has worked to help create the Hellbound Chronicles and keep standards high. The pin-up is by the ver-talented Anna and features a familiar face to readers. "The Blood is the Life" is the debut comic for the fantastic artwork of Roy Stiffey, who is already working on another issue, as well as publishing his own freelance comics. June 2nd, 2010Welcome back to the Hellbound Chronicles! To celebrate our first ten issues, this latest release is a special project. Issue 11 is our first volume of "Bindings", an anthology of sorts. It features artwork, stories and text from a variety of artists who have been involved in this project. It also includes some of our favourite pin-ups, pages and clean cover artwork from the series so far. There's also an unsolicited story called "The White Room" and our own thoughts on the project to date. April 28th, 2010Welcome back to the Hellbound Chronicles! After a small break due to numerous real world events, we can finally release Issue 10 of the comic, "Sisters Under the Skin". "The Downward Spiral" features the debut of artist Jesse Thomas, who also provides the fantastic cover work. Colours for the issue were done by Luis barroso and the pin-up was done by Sabre. The script was written by Gordon Napier, and, as you may have noticed, is our first direct sequel to a previous story. There will be more of these to come over the next few months. November 2nd, 2009November's issue "The Damned Rogue" has now been released, with at, cover and pin-up by new artist Berty-J-A. The script is one of the oldest we've had, dating to the time of Issues A and B and one we've wanted completed for a long time. Berty's art is perfect, and we hope you'll enjoy a different type of story which we hope will highlight the versatility of the Hellraiser mythology.
