This Cenobite is called Miss Neuralgia, and was a lot more involving to create than Belphoebe. Again, i'll post Miss Neuralgia's story with another pic of her.

Ms Neuralgia to her fellow Angels of Suffering, those merciless visions that are Hell's Sadean order of Cenobites; Hela - Madonna of the Decayed - Goddess of the Netherworld - to those foolish, or desperate, enough to summons her. When the tolling of a distant and dreamy bell is heard, and the tart odour of spoilt milk is smelt, then prepare to know hunger as your meal and sickness as your bedding.

The Neuralgia Cenobite is essentially the same [as the skinned man], though the application takes a lot longer. There's also a bald cap and a small latex prosthetic used (the chain hooks through a lip of flesh on her forehead just under the cowl). Beneath her eye is a scar - that was done using a scar gel thingy bought for about AU$15 from a costume store (heat it, dip the wrong end of a small paint brush into it and run it across the skin... dries sticky in about a minute and is paintable... it just peels off when done).

To achieve the lips just paint all white, then ask the model to purse her lips - gently dab at pursed lips with a flat sponge that has been rubbed in a thin layer of blue-black paint.

You can see that the models eyebrows remain - there are products that can cover those as well if so desired. Talk to women in beauty salons and especially in the cheaper cosmetic outlets and ask what sort of things they have you could use to achieve various effects. Drag queens are a good source of info for things like hiding eye-brows but be warned, they usually use expensive products and at least about two are needed (a concealing wax and a sealant).
