Disguised as a doctor and nurse, Pinhead and the Female Cenobite were going to surprise Kirsty and Tiffany at the Channard Institute. The scene called for them to slowly transform into Cenobites. The special F/X did not work well, and the scene was never filmed. There was a rumor than a bootleg Asian laserdisc had this scene included in the movie but Doug Bradley has since confirmed it was never shot. The photograph was set by the on-set photographer to mark the day after they decided to abandon filming it.

The Chatterer is taking to Hell's version of a beauty salon and re-made. Channard witnesses this looking through a window in Hell. This scene was only partially shot and never completed according to a member of the effects team.

The Engineer grabs Tiffany and chases her and Kirsty out of Hell.

After escaping Hell Kirsty and Tiffany end up in the basement of the Channard Institute. The Chatterer chases them in to an elevator. This scene was only partially shot and never completed according to a member of the effects team.

The original ending saw Julia rise out of the matress wearing this black version of her dress. It was replaced when they decided to bring Pinhead back.
