Disguised as a doctor and nurse, Pinhead and the Female Cenobite were going to surprise Kirsty and Tiffany at the Channard Institute. The scene called for them to slowly transform into Cenobites. The special F/X did not work well, and the scene was never filmed. There was a rumor than a bootleg Asian laserdisc had this scene included in the movie but Doug Bradley has since confirmed it was never shot. The photograph was set by the on-set photographer to mark the day after they decided to abandon filming it.

The Chatterer is taking to Hell's version of a beauty salon and re-made. At some point, he visits the Channard Institute. This scene was only partially shot and never completed according to a member of the effects team.
